Synqlux Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to modify or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of your purchase. Beyond this period, we may not be able to fulfil your request as your order moves into processing. For cancellations made within the allotted time, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Requesting a Return

As required by law, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us first via email at contact@synqlux.com.  For a smoother process, please include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used during purchase. You can also initiate a refund through your customer portal, https://account.synqlux.com, although we do recommend you reach out to us first, so we can try and resolve any issues you may be facing.

If you prefer to try the product for longer, our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee offers additional protection.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

Confidence in our products is high, and we encourage you to give our products a fair trial of at least 14 days. If after this period, and within 60 days of purchase, you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return under our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Note that orders made prior to 15th August 2024 remain eligible to our 90-day money back guarantee.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the product ie to allow time for inspection and bank transactions.
  • Condition of Returned Items: To qualify for a full refund, the returned item must be in its original, re-saleable condition, including intact packaging and all components.
  • Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use, damage, or alterations, or has been returned to us with missing items or without the product packaging, only a partial refund will be issued, based on the condition of the item upon receipt.

Damaged Items

Our commitment to quality extends to our packaging, ensuring your items arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item (excluding packaging damage that doesn't affect the product), inform us within 72 hours of receipt. Send a clear photo of the damage to contact@synqlux.com, and we will arrange a hassle-free replacement. We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage resulting from normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier issues, customs delays, or other unforeseen events. If you encounter delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. Synqlux is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and not corrected within 24 hours of order placement, we cannot offer a resend or refund
