How to wear a ring correctly?
For optimal performance and accuracy, it is recommended that you wear the ring on the index finger of your non-dominant hand. If you like to wear it on your middle finger and ring finger, you can also wear it. When wearing, the sensor should be positioned on the palm side. The ring should fit snugly against the skin and fit comfortably at the base of the finger.
How accurate are the health tracking features like heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring?

Does the emotional stress detection feature actually work?
Yes, our product utilises advanced algorithms and biometric data to detect and analyse emotional stress levels accurately.
How do I charge the ring and how long does the battery last on a single charge?
Enjoy up to 10 days of battery life on a single charge, ensuring uninterrupted usage without frequent charging. Note that battery life is dependent on usage (eg frequency of detection that is set within the App).
Use a compliant mobile phone charger or computer. USB port to connect the charging box to charge the ring. After the ring is placed in the charging box, the green light on the ring flashes to indicate that it is charging, and the green light stays on to indicate that the battery is fully charged.
Why does it show disconnection every time I open the APP?
In order to increase the battery life of the ring, the APP will automatically disconnect the Bluetooth connection with the ring when it is running in the background.
After opening the APP, the ring will be automatically connected and data will be synchronized.
Do I need to pay for a subscription to use all the features?
No, our product does not require any subscription fees. You get access to all features with the initial purchase.
Is the device comfortable to wear, especially during workouts or while sleeping?
Absolutely, our device is designed for comfort and durability, suitable for wearing during various activities and throughout the day.
Can I wear the ring in the shower?
Yes. The ring is 5AM waterproof. But please do not use it in water with complex composition (such as hot springs, sea water) to avoid corrosion of the ring material by special ingredients.
Can I sync the device with my smartphone and favourite health apps?
Yes, our device seamlessly syncs with smartphones on all major platforms (including Android and IOS) and supports integration with popular health and fitness apps for enhanced data management. We are continuously improving the App to ensure seamless integration to your favourite health apps.
Will the historical data be lost if the ring is lost?
The historical data of the ring is synchronised and stored in the cloud server. The loss of the ring will not affect the historical data. You can view the historical data by logging in to the same account.
How easy is it to interpret and understand the health data collected by the device?
Our device provides user-friendly interfaces and comprehensive reports, making it easy for you to interpret and utilise your health data effectively.
Why can't the APP display the health index?
The health index is obtained based on a comprehensive evaluation based on the sleep, exercise, stress, heart rate, and blood oxygen data collected by the ring.
Sleep data is the most basic data. If the wearing time is too short or there is no sleep data, the health index cannot be generated. index. It is recommended that you continue to wear the ring to unlock health index.

Why isn't my payment going through?
